New Peugeot Polygon Concept Previews Next-Gen Design and Tech
by AutoExpert | 6 November, 2025
Peugeot just dropped a single photo of its new concept called the Polygon, and even from that one shot, you can tell this thing’s a big deal. It’s more than just a tease for the next 208—it’s a full-on preview of where Peugeot wants to go next.
The shape is bold. The windshield stretches way out, the wheels are pushed right to the edges, and the body looks like it’s been pulled tight, almost like it’s flexing. There’s no grille this time, which makes sense since it’s electric, and that glass roof? It looks cool, but don’t count on it making it to production.

Peugeot says the concept brings in new tech too. The big one is a steer-by-wire setup, meaning the wheel isn’t actually connected to the front wheels anymore—everything’s done electronically. The steering wheel itself is that funky “Hypersquare” design Peugeot showed before, with four holes that echo the car’s wheels.

Underneath, it’ll ride on Stellantis’s new STLA Small platform, just like the next Opel and Vauxhall Corsa. Word is it could pack an 82 kWh battery, a serious jump from the e-208’s 52 kWh setup. We’ll see the full thing next week, but if this teaser is any clue, Peugeot’s not afraid to go bold. The Peugeot Polygon looks like a proper glimpse of the brand’s future—clean, edgy, and definitely not boring.
