Porsche unveiled a limited-edition vehicle during Monterey Car Week to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the 911 Turbo. In keeping with the rich history of this legendary sports car, the 911 Turbo 50 Years Edition honors the original while including retro design elements both inside and out.

Despite the 992.2-generation upgrades to the 911 Carrera and GTS, the special edition Turbo 50 Years is based on the 992.1 chassis.

Subtly evoking the 1973 Porsche 911 RSR Turbo concept—which served as an inspiration for the 1974 road-going 911 Turbo (930)—the standard decals on the profile make a nod to that livery. The application of Anthracite Grey to the rear wing, lower rear fascia, mirror bases, and bumper intakes adds an interesting contrast to the primary body color. After appearing on the Taycan, Panamera, Macan, and Cayenne, the new Turbonite shade—which is exclusive to Porsche’s Turbo-badged models—makes its 911 premiere. The puddle lights also feature a turbo symbol, while the engine cover showcases "1974-2024" writing.

Turbo 50 emblems adorn the lighted door sills, headrests, and numbered anniversary plaque, and we can also see a modified version of the dashboard-mounted clock. Choose the Heritage Design Package "50 Years Turbo" if you're looking for a little more exclusivity. An Aventurine Green Metallic exterior, a shiny silver hood, and matte decals are all part of this package.

Finally, the inside features green dials, tartan accents, and expanded leather. Singer is now diligently at work on the 930 Turbo Targa, Cabrio, and Slantnose models. The limited edition 911 Turbo S shares its 3.7-liter boxer engine's 641 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque with the regular 911 Turbo S.

All that power goes to each wheel thanks to an eight-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission. In addition to a PASM performance suspension and a sport exhaust system with black tailpipes, the special edition also has a 10-millimeter (0.4-inch) decrease in ride height for an even more aggressive appearance. Cost and accessibility You probably have guessed that only the very wealthy can afford this one-of-a-kind 911 Turbo. The base price of a Porsche 911 Turbo 50 Years is $261,100, plus an extra $1,995 for DPF&H.

The Heritage Design Package "50 Years Turbo" will increase the price, reaching $30,700 more than the 2025 911 Turbo S Coupe it is based on. This special model will be available for purchase in the United States starting in the latter half of 2024. Additionally, a limited edition chronograph featuring a black face and Turbonite accents is available from Porsche, with a production restriction of only 1,974 units.
