2026 Nissan Armada NISMO Arrives This Fall With 460 HP, Sportier Suspension

The redesigned Nissan Armada is already a big upgrade, but for 2026, Nissan is taking things even further with a high-performance NISMO version. It’s set to arrive this fall, and it’ll be the most powerful Armada ever made.
Under the hood, the twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 engine has been tuned to make 460 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque—35 more horses than the regular version. These gains come from updated engine tuning and changes to the valve setup.

That said, the Patrol NISMO (the Armada’s cousin in the Middle East) makes even more power—495 hp—thanks to different emissions rules over there.
Besides more power, the NISMO model has a new exhaust system with a deeper, more aggressive sound. Inside the cabin, that sound gets boosted with a special system that pipes it in for a more exciting feel. The suspension has also been retuned to handle better and sit lower, while the steering has been adjusted to feel more direct. Big 22-inch alloy wheels and red brake calipers complete the sporty setup.

On the outside, it gets a bold makeover: a taller grille, revised bumpers, red accents, and NISMO badges. The rear bumper has a sportier look too, although it skips the F1-style brake light you’ll find on the Patrol NISMO. There are also some exclusive color options like NISMO Stealth Gray and Black Diamond Pearl.
Inside, it’s all about sporty luxury. You get black leather seats with quilted red inserts, red stitching, aluminum pedals, ambient lighting, and adjustable bolsters on the front seats. There’s also a red center stripe on the steering wheel and NISMO logos on the headrests. The Patrol NISMO adds rear screens, but those don’t make it into the U.S. version.

Nissan hasn’t announced the price yet, but it’ll likely be higher than the regular model. It’ll arrive in U.S. dealerships this fall, while the Patrol NISMO will go on sale in the Middle East in July 2025.
As for the regular Armada, the only change for 2026 is that the PRO-4X trim now offers second-row captain’s chairs as an option. Not a huge change, but a nice comfort upgrade.
