Make Your Chevy Corvette C8 Over 3 Inches Wider With Anderson Composites Widebody Kit

We have good news for you if you're the owner of a 2020 Corvette Stingray and want to give it a broader stance without trading it in for a 2023 Corvette Z06. An all-carbon-fiber widebody package for the Stingray has been developed by Anderson Composites in City of Industry, California. The extensive package also includes four fender flares.

The Anderson package will increase the width of your Corvette by almost three inches over stock and a half-inch over the Z06. The Stingray and Z51 are now 71.6 inches wide, whereas the futuristic 2023 Z06 is 74.6 inches wide.

When you attach the Anderson package, your Corvette C8 will be 74.6 inches wide in the front, and 75.1 inches wide in the back. The Anderson package improves the aesthetics while also widening the Stingray. The extra width is sculpted into new body panels, including a pair that combines the rockers, door jams, and the majority of the B-pillar into a single panel that provides 1.75 inches on each side.

Because the gap for the side-mounted radiators starts at the back of the doors, this is essential. The front fenders have been widened by 1.5 inches. The front fascia, like the Z06, has been altered for enhanced cooling and functional aerodynamics. The front-mounted oil cooler and brake ducts have had their openings expanded to allow more air to flow through them.

An incorporated front splitter and canards that suck air away from the front tires, as well as a revised belly pan that takes use of this enhanced aero, help keep the nose grounded. The finest feature of the kit, apart from not damaging the C8's overall appearance, is that all lighting, doors, hood, and back deck remain in their original placements.

Anderson also offers carbon fiber hoods, rear hatches, roofs, and C8s trim, allowing you to create a full-carbon widebody Corvette. All of that carbon and expansion, though, comes at a cost. Before installation, the widebody package for your Corvette costs $19,999.
