Kuhl’s Land Cruiser Is Now 7 Inches Taller, 37-Inch Tires And All

Kuhl’s at it again, and this time they’ve gone all out. Here’s the tuner’s next monster truck, a Land Cruiser on steroids designed to dominate the Tokyo Auto Salon 2026.
The “Blocker Iron Build” is a wild-looking SUV with a super bulky and tough body kit that looks like something out of a video game. First off, the wheels. 22-inch Kuhl Verz DR03 alloys with a deep-dish design, shod in giant 37-inch mud-terrain Yokohama tires.

The stance is just as wild. With a height-adjustable suspension and JAOS spacers, the Kuhl Land Cruiser now sits 7 inches taller than stock, giving it a whopping 15.7-inch ground clearance, even higher than the AMG G 63 4×4².

Kuhl didn’t stop at lifting it. Steel bumpers front and rear, chunky side steps, and 2.8-inch pipe fenders give it a look that suggests it could survive just about anything. Up top, there’s a full roof rack with a 40-inch LED light bar, a roof wing, and a tailgate spoiler. There’s even a branded skid plate for underbody protection.

While the Iron Build makes its Tokyo Auto Salon debut, Kuhl is already prepping a sportier FRP body kit for the Land Cruiser 250. Spoilers, redesigned bumpers, wide fenders, and cutouts for the giant wheels will be available at Osaka Auto Messe 2026 in February.

The good news for anyone in the market for a new Land Cruiser is that you actually can buy one of these machines. The first Iron Build is based on the VX trim and still features the stock 2.7-liter gasoline engine. The price starts at around ¥6,790,000, with approximately ¥920,000 allocated for the upgrade kit. There’s also a less extreme, more tame option available with 18-inch wheels and cross-country tires.
