A partnership between automakers be it a famous brand or a small tunning company, the result is always a driving delight for the fans. And here comes a bold one - Froze Hydrogen Racing partnership with Hyundai to bring am idea to life - the Froze IX. This isn't just a regular racing fast car. This one will the fastest hydrogen-powered car ever built. They must've gotten some access in their pockets for such a statement.

The Forze name only gets into that state of mind where the impossible is possible...again... and revealing that it'll be powered by two fuel systems makes you believe that this one will deliver the promised 800 horsepower of boost sent to all four wheels. Its weight, less than 3,300 lbs will make you feel like flying above the ground to attend the 0-60 mph under 3 seconds and a top speed of 186 mph. Now, this is crazy racing.

Hyundai's role in this partnership is a consulting one on the matter of hydrogen power. It's never too late or shame to ask somewhat about their test results, right. Hyundai will 'borrow its engineers from the Hyundai Motor Europe Technical Center in Ruselheim, Germany, to help the Forze Team in bringing to life its idea.

According to Tyrone Johnson, Head of the Vehicle Department at HMETS, Forze Team has young brightest minds and can foresee the possibility of "bringing fuel cell mobility to the race track and Hyundai is delighted to enter into partnership with Forze." At least 60 students from the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands work for the Forze Team as part of their studies. Imagine the possibility of access to these futuristic visionaries. All they need is proper guidance.

There is the idea, the team that can work on it, and the guidance from one of the most courageous automakers - all it takes is to make it real and put it up for a race. So far, before we'll reach the endpoint of this project, we'd have to wait until 2022 when the car is scheduled to be finished. The real challenges start with the impediment of the hydrogen track cars unavailable right now and not so many hydrogen-fueled cars to compete with. Until Forze IX will have equal competitors we look forward to seeing a race against internal combustion engine rivals.

The main goal here is to develop and bring to life the zero-emission racing concept, according to Mr. Johnson. Watch the video to get a raw insight into the Forze IX concept design and possibilities.
