GMC has never had a response to the Ford F-150 Raptor, but PaxPower isn't comfortable with that and has shown an updated version of the Jackal modeled on the GMC Sierra.

Texas-based tuning firm has already created a Silverado-based Raptor fighter known as the Jackal. This time, PaxPower stirs the pot with another GM truck, in keeping with the company's credo of "creating the trucks that the OEMs won't."

The new PaxPower Jackal, which is based on Sierra, is available in two phases. The Stage 1 upgrade is the one in the picture below that is clothed in white, while the Stage 2 enhancement is the one clothed in a mysterious black.
The Sierra Jackal Stage 1 sits on adjustable King Racing 2.5-inch coilovers in the front and shocks in the back, exactly like the Silverado Jackal.

Instead of a stock ball joint, the coilovers are combined with a custom upper control arm with a stronger uni-ball joint. The configuration comes with a 3.5-inch raise over a normal Sierra 1500, as well as 35-inch offroad tires and 17x9 wheels.

The Jackal Stage 1 adjustment costs $17,950 and includes a bespoke new hood, 3-inch fender flares, and a Borla stainless-steel twin exhaust system. PaxPower claims that its Stage 1 Jackal package outperforms GM's Trail Boss or AT4 packages.

GMC Sierra Jackal Stage 2 costs $27,950 and adds a long-travel suspension system as well as broader, flared bodywork. The same King coilovers and shocks now come with customized upper and lower control arms, allowing for a foot of suspension travel. Deaver progressive-rate leaf springs in the rear provide a superior ride and motion.

PaxPower is providing a 3.0-liter supercharger upgrade for the 5.3-liter and 6.2-liter V8 engines in terms of strength. This increases the 5.3L's hp from 355 to 500 and the 6.2L's hp from 420 to 650. The supercharger upgrade costs $12,500 and may be added to any of the above models.
