Dodge’s Roadkill Nights Turns 10 And The Durango V8 Party Rolls On

Dodge isn’t backing down from V8 power. In fact, it’s doubling down. The 2026 Dodge Durango lineup is expanding, bringing back big engines, bold styling, and a few familiar packages, all while celebrating a decade of burnouts and drag racing at Roadkill Nights.
For the new model year, the Dodge Durango will be offered in three main trims. The entry-level GT comes with a 3.6-liter V6 and starts at $38,495. The returning Blacktop Redline package adds leather and suede upholstery, red stitching, and a performance hood—and it’s now available on the R/T as well.

Priced at $49,995 before options, the R/T packs a 5.7-liter V8, and with the $3,495 Blacktop Redline add-on, it gets 20-inch wheels, SRT-style spoilers, and unique fender badging.
The Tow N Go package is also back for 2026, priced at $5,990. It boosts towing capacity to 8,700 pounds and includes widebody flares, Brembo brakes, adaptive suspension, a limited-slip diff, and upgraded wheels. Dodge is also refreshing available wheel designs for R/T buyers, with or without the extra packages.
And yes, the Dodge Durango Hellcat lives on. While Dodge is keeping details under wraps for now, it’s confirmed the supercharged monster will return for 2026, sparking speculation about whether even more power is on the table.

Dodge also announced the return of Roadkill Nights for its tenth year running. Set for August 9 in metro Detroit (exact location still TBA), the event promises drag racing, car reveals, a massive car show, and thrill rides in the 670-horsepower Charger Daytona Scat Pack.
“Roadkill Nights Powered by Dodge is marking a decade for one reason, and that’s the fans,” said CEO Matt McAlear. “Each edition of the event gets bigger and better, and, knowing what we have planned, the 10th year will be the best year yet.”
Between the updated Durango lineup and another round of high-octane festivities, Dodge is proving once again that it knows how to keep muscle car energy alive, even in an era that’s rapidly going electric.
