Chrysler Revives The Voyager As A Budget-Friendly Minivan For 2025

Surprise! Chrysler is bringing back the Voyager name, this time as an affordable minivan option. Well, the Voyager is making a comeback, and it’s sticking with its original look, skipping out on the facelift that the Pacifica received.

While this does create a bit of distinction between the two, it also means the Voyager’s design is beginning to show its age, giving it a somewhat dated appearance.

In terms of features, though, the Voyager holds its own. Practical features include an acoustic windshield, power sliding doors, a power liftgate, and 17-inch aluminum wheels. The color options are limited, offering only Bright White, Diamond Black, and Red Hot. Inside, the focus might be on value, but the Voyager doesn’t skimp on convenience.

It comes with heated leatherette seats, power adjustments with memory for the driver’s seat, a heated steering wheel, tri-zone climate control, and remote start. It also features second-row sunshades, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 10.1-inch Uconnect 5 infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Other notable features include a six-speaker audio system, Chrysler’s signature Super Console, and the versatile Stow 'n Go seats in the second and third rows.

Safety features such as adaptive cruise control, rear parking sensors, and blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert are standard. Powering the Voyager is Chrysler’s well-known 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine, cranking out 287 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque, paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission driving the front wheels. CEO Chris Feuell is positioning the 2025 Chrysler Voyager as a solid, budget-friendly minivan, reinforcing the brand’s decades-long dominance in the segment.

Orders are open now, with the starting price set at $39,995 before destination fees. Alongside the Voyager’s return, Chrysler also announced that the Pacifica will be dropping its Touring and Touring L trims in favor of a new Select variant.
