Unveiling the unique Pininfarina Battista Edizione Nino Farina, Automobili Pininfarina pays homage to Giuseppe 'Nino' Farina, the celebrated pioneer of the F1 world championship. This limited-edition hypercar, making its debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, is a testament to the indomitable spirit and career of the legendary race car driver.

Only five units of the Battista Edizione Nino Farina will grace the roads, each one commemorating a key milestone in Farina's illustrious racing journey. These noteworthy moments include his birth, his initial F1 pole position and race win at the 1950 British Grand Prix, his subsequent victories at the Swiss and Italian Grand Prix in 1950, and his monumental achievement of clinching the 1950 F1 world championship.

The Battista Edizione Nino Farina sports an arresting exterior clad in Rosso Nino, a unique shade of red reminiscent of the cars Farina famously drove. A standout livery in Bianco Sestriere and Iconica Blu, featured on the lower body, the wing mirrors, and the rear wing's underside, accentuates the car's charm. Further enhancing the allure is the number '01' painted on the rear panel in Bianco Sestriere.

To bolster the car's dramatic appeal, Pininfarina has installed the Furiosa Pack, which adds a pronounced carbon fiber front splitter, side skirts, and rear diffuser, along with black exposed signature carbon fiber throughout. The car also boasts a black roof, brushed aluminum Exterior Jewellery Pack, black brake calipers, and new 10-spoke forged alloy wheels in Satin Gold. The name 'Nino Farina' is even engraved into the headlight, adding a unique touch to the design.

On the inside, the tribute continues with a distinctive two-tone theme. The driver's seat features sustainable black leather, while the passenger seat is adorned in beige and black Alcantara. Special headrests and Iconica Blu seatbelts are other notable details. Beige and red contrast stitching, a black anodized chassis plate, and a 12 o’clock ring on the steering wheel complete the luxurious interior.

The powertrain remains the same as the standard model, featuring four electric motors that deliver a formidable 1,900 hp and 1,725 lb-ft of torque. This powerhouse can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in a mere 1.86 seconds and reach a top speed of 217 mph.

Paolo Dellachà, the chief executive of Automobili Pininfarina, states, "The Battista Edizione Nino Farina represents the vision of our talented Design team, paying an evocative tribute to an undisputed legend of the Pininfarina family and its heritage."
