Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Has Been Handed Over To Arctic Trucks

Only a few people will ever dispute the Toyota Land Cruiser's off-road prowess. These SUVs can take on challenging terrain straight from the factory, whether it's the legendary 40 Series, the immortal 70 Series, or the all-new 300 Series. You can only imagine how awesome these Land Cruisers will be once the changes begin to roll in. Take, for example, Arctic Trucks.

Arctic Trucks has improved upon an already strong SUV. Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Series, like past Arctic Trucks models, has undergone drastic chassis changes to match the tuner's distinctive touch. Arctic Trucks adjusted the geometry of the front end and wheel arches due to its extensively re-engineered suspension.

The suspension mounts have been reinforced to withstand the severe circumstances that these SUVs are expected to encounter. The package includes heftier dampers and springs, as well as a wider track for a better footprint on rough ground. Furthermore, despite the extensive alterations, Arctic Trucks was able to maintain the adaptive suspension system, ensuring that it would continue to work.

Because of these changes, the Land Cruiser AT35's diesel variant has a minimum ground clearance of 10.2-inches (260 mm). If you choose gas power, the height rises to 10.6 inches (270 mm). The regular Toyota Land Cruiser's ground clearance ranges from 8.6 inches (220 mm, diesel) to 9.0 inches (230 mm, gas). Under the chassis, the AT35 receives an additional anti-corrosion coating.
