Edit Automotive, a specialist based in the Czech Republic, has recently unveiled their latest creation: the Edit g11. This meticulously crafted restoration is based on the iconic Porsche 911. Petr Novague, the visionary designer known for his award-winning work on the Hoffman Novague R200 Non-Fiction in 2015, is the driving force behind this endeavor.

First of all, the Edit g11 is a blend of timeless design and cutting-edge engineering, drawing inspiration from Ferdinand Alexander Butzi Porsche's original concept.

In the meantime, the front end of the vehicle was subtly refined, while the rear was completely transformed, capturing the essence of the 930-gen 911. Precisely, the front and rear fascias are exquisitely crafted using lightweight carbon fiber material.

In their quest for perfection, the company undertakes a comprehensive restoration process. The engine, which is the heart of the car, undergoes a "rejuvenating" makeover. Buyers can choose between a thorough rebuild of either the 3.6-liter or 3.8-liter naturally aspirated powerplants. This enhancement leads to a significant increase of 30 horsepower compared to the original stock performance.

The specialists have exciting plans for the future, as they have teased the release of a turbocharged variant that will offer impressive horsepower. The rear-wheel-drive configuration is expected to bring 610 horsepower, while the all-wheel-drive models will boast an astounding 670 horsepower.

In addition to the engine enhancements, Edit offers more features and improvements. They incorporate a customized exhaust system and calibrated, adjustable Ohlins shock absorbers. The 997-gen 911 GT3 front brakes are available for borrowing, and there is also an optional upgrade to carbon-ceramic brakes and a limited-slip differential for those seeking enhanced performance capabilities.

The attention to detail inside the cabin is evident. The driver's hands are now adorned with a new steering wheel, which perfectly complements the redesigned upholstery. The development of the Edit g11 involved more than 5,000 hours of dedicated work. Each of the 99 limited builds is a unique and personalized creation. Buyers will have the exclusive opportunity to directly collaborate with Petr Novague in order to customize their Edit g11 according to their personal preferences. The starting price for this extraordinary vehicle is 170,000 euros ($187,450).
