This Purple McLaren 720S Has New Shoes

The McLaren 720S is undoubtedly a remarkable performer, and this particular 720S is even more exceptional. It was recently entrusted to the skilled team at Strasse Wheels for a wheel upgrade. The brushed rose gold finish on these items is truly eye-catching and creates a stunning effect.

These stunning wheels are the SMR5 Duoblocks, boasting impressive measurements of 20x9.5 at the front and 21x12.5 at the rear. The tuner opted for Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tires to complement the new wheels.

As a reminder, McLaren 720S was introduced over five years ago, yet it continues to hold its position as one of the fastest supercars. McLaren's 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 provides the muscle; this engine is an evolution of the 3.8-liter one seen in the 650S. 710 horsepower and 568 lb-ft of torque are available from the supercar at 7,500 rpm. However, dyno tests have repeatedly demonstrated that McLaren initially underestimated the 720's horsepower and torque ratings.
