This Might Be The Ultimate Ferrari F355

There are a lot of six-figure restomods out there right now, but every once in a while, one shows up that feels different. The 355 by Evoluto is one of those cars. Instead of just restoring a Ferrari F355 Berlinetta, Evoluto basically asked, “What if this car had been pushed a bit further from the start?”
Now the company says the final prototype has passed its engineering approval after thousands of miles of track and engine testing, and production is about to begin. First deliveries are expected before the end of the year.

On the outside, it still looks like an F355, which is exactly the point. The tweaks are subtle but sharp, guided by Callum Designs, just enough to make it feel tighter and more modern without losing that '90s magic. The real drama sits behind the cabin.
Buyers can choose a reworked 3.5-liter V8 with 414 horsepower or step up to a 3.7-liter version with 474 horsepower that revs to 9,000 rpm. It is still naturally aspirated, still screaming, just stronger and more serious than before.

The chassis has been heavily reworked, too. Wider tracks, new suspension hardware, big Brembo brakes, and adjustable dampers all aim to make the car feel more stable and confident at speed. Steering remains hydraulic, which will make purists happy.
Inside, no digital screens trying to steal attention. It is all analog, wrapped in carbon fiber and proper materials. The weight drops to about 2,756 pounds, roughly 220 pounds lighter than the original donor car.

Of course, this level of detail does not come cheap. Prices start at £595,000, around $800,000, and that is before you even buy the Ferrari F355 donor car. Only 55 will be built. It is expensive, yes.
But for someone who grew up dreaming about a 90s Ferrari and always wondered what it could have been with a bit more engineering freedom, this probably feels very close to perfect.
