The Audi RS3 Performance Edition's Top Speed Is 186 MPH

Audi is aware that the RS3 is already one of the most powerful hot hatchbacks on the market, so the company has released a limited run of 300 units of the RS3 Performance Edition to increase its performance even more.
The engine of the RS3 Performance Edition is a turbocharged 2.5-liter five-cylinder unit, the same as in the base model. This engine typically produces 394 horsepower, but Audi has tweaked it to produce 401 horsepower, with torque remaining unchanged at 369 lb-ft between 2,250 and 5,700 rpm.
The exhaust system was also modified to allow for the increased boost pressure by 0.1 bar, resulting in greater power. The S Tronic dual-clutch seven-speed gearbox works in tandem with the engine to transfer power to all four wheels. With the RS Plus Dynamic Package, it can reach speeds of up to 186 miles per hour.
Audi RS3 Performance Edition also has new adaptive dampers and rides on unique 19-inch dark matte grey wheels shod with Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires. The inside has also been updated somewhat, and now comes with standard bucket seats upholstered in Dinamica microfiber and Nappa leather. Additional touches of Mercato Blue can be seen throughout the vehicle, and the dashboard proudly displays the number "1 of 300" to indicate its limited production run. In Germany, the base price for an Audi RS3 Performance Edition is €87,000.
