Lunaz, the British maestros of auto restoration, have breathed new life into a classic Aston Martin DB6, proudly labeling it "the most sustainable Aston Martin ever created." Shedding its original 4.0-liter gasoline heart, this beauty now pulses with a robust 375-horsepower electric motor.

Hailing from the production era between 1965 and 1970, this custom DB6 stands as a rarity among the 1,788 units crafted. An electric powerhouse producing an impressive 375 hp gracefully replaces the original 282 hp gasoline engine.

While the battery specifics remain a well-guarded secret, Lunaz offers battery packs ranging from 80 to 120 kWh, promising an ample 255 miles of range coupled with swift charging capabilities. The concept of sustainability extends beyond the EV transformation, weaving seamlessly into the fabric of the DB6's interior.

Biodegradable composite materials, born from discarded egg and nut shells, adorn the front panel, gear shifter, and quarter glass handle—a testament to the beauty of natural compostability. The door cards find their covering in a bio-based polyurethane fabric, a harmonious union of renewable plant-based materials.

Upholstery steps into the eco-friendly world with recycled cotton, polyester, rayon, and nylon—free from harmful chemicals. Apple pomace, a by-product from beverage production, etches its mark on the leather accent piping, harmonizing with carpets featuring regenerated nylon and recycled plastic bottles. As a crowning touch, several surfaces boast the world's lowest-carbon leather, a fully biodegradable by-product of the meat industry.
