Lamborghini Urus Can Now Reach 838-HP Thanks To McChip Overhauls

McChip-DKR, an aftermarket tuning company, has recently released an upgrade kit for the Lamborghini Urus that dramatically enhances its capabilities. It is important to note that McChip speaks of this boost kit as its "Stage 3" package.

Improved turbochargers, special downpipes with 200-cell sport catalysts, and a motor adjustment that permits it to produce an additional 197 hp and 148 lb-ft (200 Nm) of torque imply this Urus now produces 838 hp and 774 lb-ft of torque (1,050 Nm).

The specialist hasn't revealed performance figures for the enhanced Urus. The SUV's top speed is likely to have been increased as well. You'll need $16,199 ($18,129) if you want to take advantage of all this extra boost in your Lamborghini Urus.

The Stage 1 and Stage 2 kits from McChip are two additional tuning kits for the Urus. The first includes solely an ECU remap that boosts horsepower and torque to 700 hp and 701 lb-ft (950 Nm). This package will set you back €2,499 ($2,797). The Stage 2 package adds various mechanical changes to the tune and boosts horsepower and torque by 99 horsepower and 92 pound-feet (125 Nm) over the regular model. €10,859 ($12,153) is the price of the Stage 2 kit.
