G-Power presents the fastest diesel powered touring BMW! It develops 435 HP and 850 Nm!

The days when diesel engines were only a source of unbearable noise and a devouring hog have long past. The new generation of engines is very reliable, efficient, and high performing. Especially if we are talking about a BMW 3.0-liter engine with three turbo-blowers.

Available on the F10 models such as M550d or X5 and M50d or X6, the Bavarian turbo-diesel M550d packs 381 HP and 740 Nm, which can guarantee the first sprint from zero to hundred in 4.7 seconds. And if these figures are frightening for regular people, they were too low for the engineers from G-Power.

Therefore, the German tuning workshop based in Autenzellare firmly convinced that there is room for improvement. They chose the BMW 5 Series Touring or the M550d xDrive version, to be exact. After subjecting the car to a tuning program called D-Tronik 5 V1 the stock model gained some power. It now packs no less than 435 horsepower while torque has increased to 850 Nm! The same exercise to accelerate from 0-100 can be performed in only 4.5 seconds and maximum speed was increased to 270 km/h.

And you know what the best part of the story is? This tuning kit costs only 2760 euro! I wonder how it would be to take the children to school in such a monster.
