Ford Bronco Raptor Modified By Hennessey Now Produces 500 Horsepower

Hennessey has started producing and distributing their modified VelociRaptor 500, which is based on the Ford Bronco Raptor. The new Ford Bronco Raptor has a more aggressive look and a 500-horsepower increase, making it capable of intense off-road handling.

Hennessey debuted this improved Bronco model last year, and since then, it has undergone extensive testing to assure its reliability in every environment. More recently, Hennessey took the VelociRaptor 500 to the Colorado mountains to test it. 

The Ford Bronco Raptor's 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine is retained in Hennessey's modified version of the Raptor; however, it has been significantly modified with a high-capacity intercooler and a unique motor management system. Hence, the VelociRaptor 500 produces a whooping 500 horsepower and 550 pound-feet of torque.

New bumpers, LED off-road lighting, 10-spoke alloy wheels, and unique badging round out the Bronco's exterior upgrades. Once inside, owners will find embroidered headrests, all-weather floor mats, and a plaque with the vehicle's serial number.
