Suzuki XBee Gets Mini Land Rover Defender And Retro Styling Kits
by AutoExpert | 7 July, 2026
One Suzuki XBee, two completely different directions. Japanese tuner Damd has revealed a pair of styling kits for the small crossover, giving buyers the choice between a mini off-roader inspired by the Land Rover Defender and a cheerful retro build with plenty of old-school details.
The Little.D kit is for those who prefer the tougher look. Damd adds a squared-off grille, a new hood with Little.D lettering, black trim around the headlights, and a redesigned bumper with plastic cladding. Side graphics and darker rear trim continue the theme, while the optional roof carrier and beadlock-style wheels with chunky tires make the XBee look ready for a weekend away.

Bemore couldn't be more different. Its rounded face takes inspiration from the Suzuki Alto Lapin, with a new bumper, three small grille openings, and a body-colored chin. Checkered decals, chrome wheels, and a wood-trimmed roof basket add to the retro look. Inside, brown leather-style seat covers with checkered inserts keep the theme going.

The changes end with the styling. The XBee keeps its mild-hybrid 1.2-liter engine with 81 hp and 80 lb-ft of torque, paired with a CVT. Buyers can choose front- or all-wheel drive. And while it looks kei-car small, the XBee measures 148 inches long and shares its Heartect platform with the Swift and Ignis.

Damd will begin selling both kits in Japan on July 10. Little.D costs ¥299,200 ($1,850) before installation, while the Bemore front-end kit is ¥154,000 ($950), with decals priced at ¥65,780 ($400) and seat covers at ¥66,550 ($410). Same XBee, completely different mood. Which one are you taking?
