Competition Carbon, a U.S. tuning firm that seems to specialize in Corvettes and Lamborghinis, intends to transform the current Chevrolet Corvette Stingray into a mid-engined Cadillac supercar. This insane custom design will be presented at SEMA 2022, and it comprises an exquisite bodykit for the Corvette that radically changes its appearance.

The doors and the roof look to be the only original pieces that have been kept, at least according to these drawings that the business shared with us. The car is called the 'C120R' in honor of Cadillac's 120th anniversary next year, and it has a striking front fascia with vertical LED daytime running lights and a carbon-fiber splitter that quickly draws the eye.

The body is also equipped with sharp air intakes and a unique bonnet with huge air vents for cooling and aerodynamics. If you look down the sides of the C120R, you'll discover a set of custom wheels with unusual front wheel arches. Competition Carbon also designed longer side skirts for the car and a sleeker design to replace the Corvette's stock side air intakes.

The tuner also will offer two motor cover choices for its crazy C8-based Cadillac vehicle, one of which incorporates a large roof scoop for cooling. Two beautiful flying buttresses sit above the squared-off rear quarter panels as part of the bodykit. Vertical LED taillights, a hydraulic adjustable rear wing, and quad tailpipes are among the other design highlights. These drawings also include a carbon fiber diffuser.

There are no price specifics yet, but the tuner has stated that a V12 engine will be installed in a roadster version of the car for SEMA in 2023.
