Brabus Is Tampering With The Mercedes-Benz GLC 300

Brabus, renowned for enhancing Mercedes' AMG performance models, has shifted its focus to the GLC 300 4Matic in its latest tuning project.

The SUV undergoes a transformation with revised aerodynamics, larger alloy wheels, and a power boost from the 2.0-liter turbo engine, courtesy of an ECU upgrade.

The GLC's body kit integrates seamlessly with the existing AMG Line version, featuring carbon-fiber inserts, a rear spoiler extension, a new grille design, and distinctive Brabus emblems. We can’t help but admire the larger diameter ten-spoke Monoblock Z forged wheels, enhancing handling and responsiveness.

Inside, the cabin receives Brabus-branded scuff plates, aluminum pedals, and velour mats. The GLC 300 4Matic's stock 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, with mild-hybrid turbocharging, delivers 255 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque. With the Brabus PowerXtra B30 Performance Upgrade, the engine now produces an impressive 296 hp and 332 lb-ft of torque, surpassing the non-AMG trims of the GLC in power.

Notably, Brabus retains the stock suspension and brakes. While pricing details for the GLC upgrades remain undisclosed, Brabus invites inquiries from interested customers. The tuner is expected to unveil a more comprehensive package for the full-fledged AMG versions of the Mercedes GLC in the near future.
