BMW X7 M50i Gains 650-HP Thanks To Manhart

While BMW doesn't market the X7 as an M Performance variant, Manhart Performance has come up with a solution. The MHX7 650 from Manhart is based on the existing X7 M50i. BMW X7 M50i comes standard with a 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine that produces 530 hp and 553 lb-ft (750 Nm) of torque.
Manhart has modified the ECU, deleted the conventional fuel particulate filters, and put in a new valve-control sports exhaust system with four carbon-fiber tailpipes to offer the SUV more oomph.
As a result, BMW X7 now produces 650 hp and 678 lb-ft (920 Nm) of torque. Manhart hasn't provided acceleration details, but it's safe to assume that the MHX7 650 will outperform the ordinary model. The SUV has also received several cosmetic changes.
Carbon fiber wing mirrors, a carbon rear diffuser, and a carbon front splitter with tiny aerodynamic winglets, for instance, have been added to the X7. The BMW's exterior has also been coated in matte black, with a slew of dazzling gold highlights.
A set of Y-spoke wheels measuring 23x11 at all four corners and dressed in 295/35 tires completes the cosmetic alterations. Manhart has yet to release pricing information about its BMW X7 modifications.
