This Silverado Now Has 700 HP… and Hits 60 in 4.2 Seconds

Hennessey Performance Engineering looked at the Chevrolet Silverado ZR2 and decided it needed a lot more attitude. So they turned it into the Goliath 700.
The big change is under the hood. The 6.2-liter V8 now gets a supercharger, taking it up to 700 hp and 611 lb-ft. That’s a serious jump from stock. It doesn’t feel like a normal pickup anymore. It’s quick, and not just “quick for a truck” - actually quick.

It’ll do 0–60 mph in about 4.2 seconds, which is kind of ridiculous when you remember how big this thing is. They also worked on the suspension to keep everything under control. It’s been tuned to feel more stable on the road while still doing what a ZR2 is supposed to do off-road. So it’s not just power for the sake of it — it’s usable.

Visually, it leans into that tougher look. You get bigger wheels, proper off-road tires, steel bumpers, and a big LED light bar up front. It looks more aggressive, but still clean. There’s also a custom exhaust, so it sounds as strong as it feels.

Inside, changes are minimal. A few Hennessey details, nicer stitching, floor mats, and a numbered plaque since only 100 units will be made. Price starts at around $140,000. It’s a lot, but this isn’t built to be sensible.
