2025 Volvo XC90 Heico Sportiv Tuning Kit Adds 500 HP And Aggressive Styling

The refreshed 2025 Volvo XC90 has only just rolled out with its mild facelift, but German tuner Heico Sportiv clearly couldn’t resist giving it some extra muscle. These guys have been Volvo specialists forever, so of course they went all in with a full styling and performance package.
Starting at the front, Heico adds a nine-piece bumper extension kit with some decorative trim to sharpen things up. Along the side, you get a fresh set of Volution sport alloys—five-spoke beauties up to 22 inches across. You can pair those with wheel spacers and sport springs or even new software for the adaptive air suspension that drops the ride height by up to 30 mm. Lower, wider, meaner.

Around back is where things get spicy. There’s a three-piece rear skirt with Audi-style quad tailpipes, which can hook up to Heico’s sports exhaust system. It’s got flap control, so you can keep things quiet when you’re sneaking home late.
As a bonus, the rear kit works on any Volvo XC90 built since 2016, and the exhaust fits both the B5 (diesel/gas) and T8 PHEV versions.

Inside the revamped 2025 Volvo XC90, there’s an optional flat-bottomed sport steering wheel, with chunkier grips and a mix of leather and Alcantara. The kind of wheel that makes you want to drive just a little bit harder.
Performance-wise, Heico’s ECU tweaks can push the XC90 to a neat 500 hp. That’s a fair jump from the stock T8 PHEV’s 449 hp, and they’ll even remove Volvo’s 180 km/h speed limiter if you fancy a bit more autobahn in your life.

Prices? If you just want the body kit and quad pipes, you’re looking at €4,411 ($5,100). Add the flap-controlled exhaust, and it jumps to €7,302 ($8,500).
Then, of course, you can keep piling on with suspension tweaks, bigger wheels, and all the interior extras until your wallet taps out. All of this hits the market in September 2025.
