Porsche 911 GT3 'Tree of Life' Might Be Its Most Colorful One-Off Yet

Porsche’s Sonderwunsch division has built some wildly personal cars over the years, but this one might be among the most colorful. Created to celebrate Porsche Moldova’s 15th anniversary, the one-off 911 GT3 is called the “Tree of Life,” and subtlety clearly was not part of the brief.
The project was developed together with Porsche Moldova, Style Porsche, and the Sonderwunsch team in Zuffenhausen. Its design takes inspiration from Moldova’s “Tree of Life” symbol, representing continuity, heritage, and growth. That idea shows up most dramatically in the paintwork.

The body fades from Viola Purple Metallic at the front into Chromaflair Magic Magenta at the rear, inspired by the stages of ripening grapes and Moldova’s long connection to winemaking. Depending on the light and the angle, the GT3 almost looks like two separate cars fused together.

The gradient continues onto the magnesium wheels, while a hand-painted "Tree of Life" graphic stretches across the hood and roof in Porsche Gold. Porsche says the detailing work alone consumed roughly 400 hours.

Inside, things somehow get even louder. The cabin mixes Lila leather with Ruby Star Neo accents, beige stitching, and bright retro-style Pasha fabric covering the seats, doors, glovebox, and even parts of the luggage area.

There are a few calmer touches, too, including Paldao wood trim on the shift lever and seat backs. Mechanically, Porsche wisely left the GT3 alone, meaning it still packs the standard 502-hp naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six paired with a manual gearbox. Probably for the best. When a car already looks this dramatic standing still, it doesn’t really need extra horsepower to make an impression.
