Honda Updated This Tiny Van… and It Actually Got Better
by AutoExpert | 23 March, 2026
Honda didn’t bother reinventing the N-Van for 2026. It feels more like they gave it a quick once-over and said, “Yep, still doing its job.”
From the outside, it is essentially the same. The same kind of odd proportions, the same boxy shape, and the same emphasis on utility over aesthetics.

Inside, you notice a few small changes. There’s a digital screen now and a new steering wheel from other Honda models, which feels a bit more up-to-date. Honda also switched to USB-C, so you don’t have to deal with old cables anymore.

The biggest change is in the Nature Style version. That’s the one people pick if they want to use it for weekend trips or even turn it into a tiny camper. It now gets a turbo engine, and while it’s still not fast, it feels a lot more usable. Before, it always seemed like it was struggling a bit. Now it’s more relaxed, especially when you’ve got stuff loaded in the back.

It still has that tough appearance. Nothing is overdone - black trim and outdoor details. New colors are also added to the Fun version, and they work well with it. It feels a little more alive because of the yellow and green.
Additionally, Honda made a few useful safety improvements across the lineup. You now have additional driver assistance, parking sensors, and a system to help stop the vehicle after an accident. It's a good addition that even the entry-level models now have a push-button start.

Prices are still pretty low. The lineup now kicks off at ¥1,498,200 (around $9,500) for a basic N-Van G with 2WD and a manual, while the fully loaded Turbo Fun Nature Style with 4WD and a CVT goes up to ¥2,269,300 (about $14,400).
