$500K Lamborghini Revuelto Gets Another Recall, This Time For Camera Issue
by AutoExpert | 8 February, 2026
The Lamborghini Revuelto is still the new kid in Lamborghini’s lineup, yet it’s already getting more attention from regulators than most supercars ever do. That’s a bit surprising for a car that costs well north of half a million dollars and replaces the long-running Aventador as Lamborghini’s flagship.
By mid-2025, the Revuelto had already been hit with three recalls - one of them involving the famous scissor doors. Now there’s a fourth, and this time it’s about the rearview camera.

To be clear, none of the recalls have been linked to crashes or injuries. Still, for a low-volume, ultra-expensive supercar, four recalls this early definitely raise eyebrows.
According to documents filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the latest recall affects just seven cars in the U.S. Five are 2025 models built in late September, and two are 2024 cars assembled in early April. Lamborghini says every one of those vehicles has the same problem.

The issue comes down to a software glitch, and it only shows up in a very specific situation. If the car is switched off and then restarted, and the driver shifts into "Reverse" too quickly, the rear camera image may fail to appear on the screen. Basically, the system doesn’t get enough time to fully reboot.
It may sound like a small glitch, but on a wide, low supercar with poor rear visibility, a missing backup camera is a real problem. It also means the Revuelto no longer meets U.S. safety rules.
