This Camaro-Based Pontiac GTO Design Is Spectacularly Modern

While it's very improbable that General Motors would ever bring back the Pontiac brand, a brilliant designer has come up with what may be the ideal vehicle to reintroduce Pontiac to the market.

The Pontiac GTO was an iconic muscle car, so it's only right that Rain Prisk has created a contemporary interpretation of the model that can compete with the likes of the Ford Mustang, Chevrolet Camaro, and Dodge Challenger.

The resurrected Pontiac GTO concept shares general lines with the modern Camaro. This is most noticeable in the design of the roof, the side windows, and the rear pillars. Some parts of the car's appearance, though, make it stand out as an attractive alternative to the Camaro. Without a doubt, the most eye-catching feature of the GTO is its front fascia, which, like the original, has two massive grilles. Furthermore, the front splitter and quarter panels are two features that have caught our eye.
