These Renders Show Lotus Emira As A Hypercar

Lotus Emira is Hethel's final ICE-powered model, and it's quite attractive. A wilder version of the mid-engine sports car was envisioned by Magnus.Concepts, a design studio. It's a great representation of what a highly modified Emira could look like, even though it's merely a computer model for the time being.

Also unveiled by Lotus was their Emira GT4 racecar, which served as inspiration for this design. Lowering the suspension and installing a new set of larger BBS-style rims were the first steps in the process. The new front bumper has a low tip, but it features bigger intakes, a more pronounced carbon fiber splitter, and more canards than before.

Front and rear fenders have been dramatically increased in width, giving the Emira a sporty, hypercar-like appearance. Extraneous parts blend in seamlessly with the bodywork and do not disrupt the Lotus' harmonious lines. The racecar image is enhanced by the blacked-out headlights and taillights, as well as the roof-mounted scoop meant to improve cooling for the mid-mounted powertrain.

When it comes to extreme modifications, a gigantic wing is an obvious choice. The diffuser has been modified, and the dual exhaust pipes have been moved to the center of Lotus Emira. Lotus offers two engine options for the Emira: an AMG-sourced 2.0-liter twin-turbo four-cylinder or a Toyota-sourced 3.5-liter supercharged V6.

There is a limited-slip differential in the V6's six-speed manual and automatic transmissions, which deliver 400 hp and 317 lb-ft (430 Nm) of torque to the rear wheels, respectively.

It's worth noting that Magnus created this artwork on his own. It is neither related to nor endorsed by Lotus. With prices starting at £75,000 in the UK and $93,900 in the US, Lotus Emira is already available in numerous markets around the world.
