Alfa Romeo Montreal is a model that is often forgotten when looking at Alfa Romeo's history, despite its unique design and features. A designer is proposing a modern version of the Montreal that could inspire interest in bringing the model back to the Alfa Romeo lineup.

Luca Serafini has presented his futuristic version of the Alfa Romeo Montreal, which he named the "Montreal Vision GT." The design is impressive and resembles other concepts created for the video game Gran Turismo Sport.

However, Serafini infused personal history and creativity into this stunning concept. Serafini recalls a personal connection to the Alfa Romeo Montreal, as his father purchased a bright orange one in 1986.

The car was mostly original, except for the exhaust system, and Serafini remembers the night his father brought it home and parked it in the garage. He vividly recalls the smoke surrounding the car and the sight of the red taillights and shiny chrome mufflers.

Serafini credits his childhood exposure to the Alfa Romeo Montreal as the beginning of his passion for cars. He would often go down to the garage to admire the car's design and shape, even sitting inside and pretending to be a professional driver. He particularly loved the concave steering wheel and the smell of the leather interior.
