McLaren Ensifera Was Supposedly Designed To Compete With The Ferrari 296 GTB

McLaren Ensifera, designed by Dejan Hristov, is a potential successor to McLaren's Artura hybrid. Its design is strikingly distinct from that of any previous McLaren vehicle.

This concept, if realized, would represent the backbone of the British company's electrification strategy. Big air intakes and a pronounced front splitter draw the attention up front, but the geometric LED headlights and daytime running lights really stand out.

The expressive form of the front wheel arches is another feature that you'll like. The McLaren Ensifera's distinctive windows and aerodynamic skirts give the sides even more visual interest. Aesthetically, the rear wheels are styled similarly to the front ones, with pronounced aerodynamic channels.

The central fins replace the conventional wing on the car's back, making this section of the design the most peculiar. You can also see the sophisticated LED taillights, the dual-exiting tailpipes, and the diffuser.
