MAN Concept S - the Truck of the Future!

This MAN Concept S was presented at the IAA in Hanover, which is a show dedicated to all kind of commercial vehicles, concepts or productions.
The S concept aims to bring a much more aerodynamic design than what we are used to see in trucks.
The shape is sleek and this aims to help the vehicle literally cut the air and thus, have a better fuel consumption. Tests showed that there is an economy of up to 25% of the fuel consumption compared to a ordinary truck of 40 tons, working on the same kind of engine.
This change of shape is the most significant innovation brought by the S concept. Well, that and the improved fuel consumption which would certainly attract the buyers with the prospective of economizing some money.
We would say that the S concept is what the future of the commercial transportation looks like.
