Honda Ridgeline – The Futuristic Electric Pickup 

Rene Garcia, an independent designer, has felt the trend of pickup trucks and has presented his own version of a Honda futuristic pickup. The Ridgeline project has been created independently from Honda, which hasn’t made any statements on being connected to it.

Ok, there is something common between the futuristic concept and Honda Ridgeline – the name. That’s all. The concept is based on a chassis that holds the batteries on the floor. There are electric engines both in the rear and the front of the vehicle, hinting at impressive performances.

The radical design excludes the traditional front grille and replaces it with LED headlights and turn signals. The car also features a unique hood with cutouts allowing a sneak peek at the strut towers. There are two tow hooks painted in orange, a winch, and a skid plate.

The concept car has no B-pillars, featuring rear suicide doors. Entering these doors, you enter an interior as radical as the exterior. There is a curved screen on the entire width of the dashboard. The steering wheel comes in yoke style. The cabin features wooden details, a digital rear-view mirror, ambient lighting, and seats wearing brown leather.
