At the Overland Expo Mountain West 2021, GMC revealed a new concept car based on the GMC Canyon. For the explorer inside us, the Canyon AT4 OVRLANDX concept boasts intense off-road capabilities.

Off-road rocker panel guards, cast-iron control arms, a bulky front bumper with a winch, incorporated recovery points, wheel flares, and guy lines to safeguard the windshield are all standard on the Canyon. It also has front and back automated locking differentials, as well as Multimatic DSSV dampers, for maximum off-road capability.

Canyon AT4 OVRLANDX has a total of 10-inches of ground clearance and a 27.7-degree approach angle, with 33-inch BFGoodrich KM3 Mud-Terrain tires mounted on 17-inch AEV Crestone wheels. The vehicle produces 308-hp and 369 lb-ft of torque thanks to a 3.6-liter V6 engine coupled to an eight-speed automatic gearbox.

The AEV back off-road bumper, the stainless steel truck bed cap, a ceiling tent for when you need to rest for the night, a 270-degree awning, traction boards, an off-road jack, a fridge, and even a kitchen and solar panel make a great design.
