Dodge Charger Daytona SRT Concept was introduced during the Dodge Speed Week event in Pontiac, Michigan, and it has a new powerplant called Banshee. Dodge claims that this engine configuration is the most powerful, even more so than the Hemi, Hellcat, and Redeye.

Though the exact numbers of horsepower and torque delivered by the Banshee powertrain remain unknown, Dodge has revealed that it is an 800-volt system that outperforms the SRT Hellcat motor.

The Dodge Charger Daytona SRT Concept is also notable for employing the automaker's innovative eRupt multi-speed gearbox with electro-mechanical shifting. This should assist in simulating some driver participation. The concept has also been created with a PowerShot feature that amplifies horsepower for rapid acceleration.

The manufacturer advertised the car's stunning sound before it was even released. They designed a patent-pending Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust system for the Charger Daytona SRT Hellcat that delivers a scream equal to that of the SRT Hellcat at 126 decibels.

The appearance is an obvious nod to the classic Charger Daytona. The R-Wing, which is located on the car's front end, is a crucial design element. It permits airflow into the vehicle's front, hence enhancing downforce.

A 12.3-inch infotainment screen and a 16-inch digital instrument cluster can be seen inside. In addition, the concept has a huge head-up display with Ambient Attitude Adjustment Lighting. The front and rear seats are backed with carbon fiber as well.

Last but not least, the panoramic glass roof adds to the unique look of the concept's interior. Even though Dodge hasn't said so officially, a production version of the Dodge Charger Daytona SRT Concept is likely to be made for the 2024 model year.
