Chrysler Imperial Concept - is it one of the ugliest concept car ever seen?

This concept car is not new at all, considering that it has been introduced to the world at the 2006 Detroit Motor Show. Nevertheless, it is one of the ugliest concepts in the past years.
Although the idea of the car was pretty acceptable, what came up out of it is simply horrible.
Chrysler 300C has served as the main source of inspiration for this car. The main difference is the size. The Imperial concept is bigger than 300C, surpassing an SUV's dimensions. The exterior design is attempting to repeat the Rolls Royce Phantom lines, but it fails.
Another source of influence is the '50s and '60s design, but it also doesn't seem to fit the car properly.
