2022 Toyota Land Cruiser Rendering Appears To Be A Money-Maker

Toyota's top-of-the-line Land Cruiser is known as the GR Sport, which is a little misleading. It's the one to get if you want those off-road toys, but what if the 2022 Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 was given a boost in terms of off-road skills? This is where the following speculative drawing comes in, depicting a potential variant designed to satisfy extreme off-road fans.

The new Land Cruiser has been envisioned based on the special version offered in certain countries to commemorate the SUV's 70th anniversary, which comes with a snorkel and all-terrain chunky tires. The Kolesa artist imagined the all-terrain vehicle with a snorkel and twin tow hooks as part of a suite of modifications that the aftermarket sector is likely already planning for the 2022 Toyota Land Cruiser LC300.

To be honest, Toyota doesn't need to style the Land Cruiser range right now, given that demand is already so high. It has already obtained over 20,000 pre-orders, and the waiting period has allegedly risen to four years, which is consistent with the microchip scarcity. 

The hybrid engine from the newly announced 2022 Tundra might make logical sense for a future flagship model. The full-size pickup truck will be available with a twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 and an electric engine for a combined output of 437- hp (326 kW) and 583 lb-ft (790 Nm) of torque. It will be built on the same chassis as the 2022 Toyota Land Cruiser.

Another possibility is that the electrified system will be added to the next-generation Lexus LX, in addition to the off-road capabilities currently offered in the new 2022 Toyota Land Cruiser. It's unclear how the two will be distinguished, but we anticipate the LX to be something of a tuxedo-wearing variation of the Toyota version when it arrives late this year or early in 2022.
