Let's take a look at Zeekr, a relatively new name in the car world, and the 001 FR, their latest show-stopper. Specifically, it has a quad-motor setup that makes an amazing 1,248 horsepower and an eye-popping 944 lb-ft of torque.

Let that sink in for a second: that's 0 to 62 mph in just 2.07 seconds. Yes, you did read that right: 2.07 seconds. Now, before you get too excited, there's something you should know. This speed demon can only go 174 mph because of an automatic limiter.

The 001 FR uses something called straight waterfall oil cooling technology and carbon fiber-wrapped rear motors to keep things under control during those wild rides. This keeps things going easily, but here's the catch: that crazy power is only available for 10 seconds at a time and only when the car's charge is over 50%.

A 100 kWh battery pack with cutting-edge features like 800V technology and a multifunctional elastic interlayer that improves energy efficiency, heat control, and safety powers this beast. We don't know the exact range, but the good news is that the battery can be charged from 10% to 80% in just 15 minutes.

The Zeekr 001 FR looks like it means business. It has an extreme carbon fiber body kit with a splitter in front, side skirts, a diffuser in the back, and a big wing. Plus, it has a carbon fiber roof, mirror caps, and high-performance tires wrapped around 22-inch metal wheels.

Let's talk about handling. Because it has four motors, the 001 FR can turn at an amazing 1.4 G's. Now comes the fun part: it can do tank turns. Imagine that the wheels on one side of a car turn forward while the wheels on the other side turn backward. This lets the car spin a full 360 degrees. What a quick mover!

Zeekr 001 FR

Overall, Zeekr's 001 FR is more than just a car. It's a heart-pounding, jaw-dropping, boundary-pushing machine that takes speed and performance to a whole new level.
