Will The World Greet New Lamborghini Urus With The Same Enthusiasm, Characteristic Of Supercars?
by AllAutoExperts | 17 April, 2020
The upcoming Lamborghini Urus is going to be an important debut for the carmaker, but not a decisive one. Although the model will hit the market in a few years and will later be joined by a plug-in version, its success or failure will not affect the company's reputation.
The statement comes from Stefano Domenicali, Lamborghini's CEO, which has also stated that the company will offer the same level of exclusivity for the Urus' clients as it does for any other of its models.

The SUV will have a wide field of use, being a sports car, an exclusive car, and an SUV, all in one. Urus will hit the market in 2018, with a standard bi-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine. There will be no diesel version, but a purely electric one is in the cards.

The price for the upcoming Urus might be compared to one of a Huracan - around $200,000. One of the most recent reports claims that the model might make its debut at the Shanghai Auto Show, next month.
