Overall, we don't want the fans of a certain car brand to become nostalgic and sigh after the favorite model, but the Mazda RX-9 concept pays a tribute to the popular RX-7? Is there anything you don't like about it?
The ones that have loved, admired, driven, and owed a Mazda RX-7 are already aware of the fact that the model has been manufactured between 1987 and 2002 and was powered by a Wankel rotary engine, which was sending all of its power in the back part.

The RX_7 was a popular model in the 90s, but there are fresh rumors saying that it might come back in 2017. Nevertheless, until we know the whole truth, let's take a look at the Mazda RX-9, a concept signed by the designer Alex Hodge.

Alex says that his concept will virtually benefit of a 16X hybrid rotary engine, placed in the center, which will ensure low fuel consumption and full power.

Concerning the aspect of his virtual concept, the designer has stolen some inspiration from the Kodo design philosophy, which Mazda has applied to practice on some new models like Mazda 3 and Mazda 6. And, because tastes aren't discussed (except in the comments section below), we will let you be the judges of the designer look of Mazda RX-9.
