Watch As Tesla Model S Plaid Navigates A 2-Meter-Deep Pool

Chillin' with Chet, a YouTube channel, has planned an intense test of the world's fastest electric vehicle. The Americans put a Tesla Model S Plaid in a 2-meter-deep pool to test how well the EV could handle it.
To do so, the vlogger dug a 2.13-meter hole with an excavator! The Tesla Model S Plaid was also modified, with all of the gaps in the bodywork where water might get inside being covered. Similarly, numerous lead bricks weighing approximately 1,800 kg were placed in the boot, and the driver was provided an oxygen tank in case water got inside.
Despite its increased weight, Tesla Model S Plaid did not sink in the water. Without hitting the bottom of the water tank, the electric vehicle successfully swam across the pool to the finish line. It was eventually dragged to the opposite end of the pool by the rope.
Experimenters had anticipated such a situation and had prepared a tow rope, but it couldn't handle the Model S's weight. Fortunately, Tesla's 1,000-hp propulsion system kicked in towards the end, and it was able to lift itself out of the water.
