Over the years, we've seen several beautiful Ford Mustang restomods that combine classic design with current technology. With the addition of metal-fabricated side scoops as well as a trunk spoiler, painted bumpers, and LED headlight/taillights on this newest version, it began life as a 1967 Ford Mustang restomod.

Built to a high standard, this restomod has billet bonnet and trunk hinges, GT500R bonnet locks, as well as a flush-mounted gas cap. The one-off 1967 Ford Mustang restomod is coated in stealthy Agate Black pearl paint and sits on bespoke retro-style 18-inch Shelby wheels mounted in Toyo R888R rubber.

Forged bottom end and intake, billet oil pump gears, and crank pulley make up this unique Mustang motor. An exhaust system with ceramic-coated headers and Borla mufflers, as well as a stainless steel exhaust system with ceramic-coated headers, let the motor breathe. Upgraded 6-speed manual T56 with hydraulic clutch and 4.10 gear ratio connects the motor to the gearbox.

Although no power figures are given, Ford Racing's 500-horsepower 5.0-liter XS is offered as a crate motor. A TCI subframe connector system, billet adjustable coilovers, and front and back sway bars have been installed to increase the chassis stiffness. To carry the driving comfort into the 21st century, this 1967 Ford Mustang restomod has an electric power steering system, Wilwood brakes with 13-inch rotors and six-piston calipers in front, and 12-inch brakes with four-piston calipers in the back.

Interior features include digital instruments and an Alcantara suede-wrapped steering wheel, electric windows, and temperature control, which contrast with the vintage design of the exterior. As part of the Barrett-Jackson auction in Houston, this unique 1967 Ford Mustang restomod will be auctioned between September 16th and September 18th. It doesn't have a reserve, but we predict it to sell for a lot of money because of the excellent quality of the construction process.
