Upgraded 2018 Nissan Qashqai With Semi-Autonomous Tech

Nissan will probably offer its next generation of Nissan Qashqai in a facelifted version of a compact SUV. Besides that, it'll also have a semi-autonomous technology included.
According to the news, the car is going to have a Piloted Drive 1.0 enabling it to drive on highways, on its own, during stop and go traffic by operating the steering. It is supposed to be launched at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show next month.

According to Richard Candler, the director of advanced product strategy within the company, Nissan Qashqai and its upgrades won't increase the price too much. They are not planning on manufacturing a 100,000 Euro ($107,300) Qashqai. Their intention is to offer a reasonable price for the model.

The 2018 Nissan Qashqai will be equipped with a new grille, a new front end likely to be inspired by the Premium Concept and bumper designs.
