This Might Be the End of Caparo. (Video)

Caparo T1 is a sports car built in the UK and is the next best thing to an F1 car, except it is street-legal and costs around $400,000.

The T1 gets power from a 3.5-liter V8 engine that produces 575 hp and weighs only 1,000 lbs. Back in 2014 the Caparo Group even announced that they are working on a more powerful version called: T1 Evolution. The upgraded model would have packed 700 hp, had better suspension, chassis, and re-designed exterior. It's expected price would have been around $1,18 Million.

But, it seems that the T1 Evolution will never happen as the parent company, Caparo Group is almost bankrupt. To make things even worse, the chairman of the company committed suicide last week.

This leaves a grim future for the company and for any projects they worked on.
