This convertible hot hatch is going to USA!

If you like Volkswagen and if you're a fan of convertible hot hatches than this is good news for you. The Golf Cabriolet is going to the USA. It is meant to replace the VW Eos in the convertible segment.
The closes thing to a Cabrio hot hatch that already exists is the Golf R that is powered by a 2.0-liter turbo-four with 292 hp and 28 lb-ft of torque. It costs about $37k for the hardtop and it would probably cost $40k for the convertible, which is a huge amount for a convertible.
The good news in all of this is that VW is replacing the EOS with something better. And we just hope VW doesn't equip them with the dirty diesel engines!
