The new Audi R8 was caught in test! It could debut this spring!

The first generation of the Audi R8 sports car failed to impress the automotive world by its futuristic design, the comfort's suspension, and gadgets of which it's got. Moreover, the purchase price was very attractive for a sports car.

The age of the car suggests that the Germans are working on a new generation that would most likely be presented at the Geneva Motor Show!

In fact, the Germans from Audi said it not once that is working hard on a new generation of Audi's R8 sports car. Apparently at the Geneva Motor Show will be a good opportunity for those from Ingolstadt to this new model. Furthermore, Audi hinted that this will happen. The Corporation chief engineer, Ulrich Hackenberg, said that the new generation will be available only with automatic transmission because the manual was dropped.

The new Hybrid R8 can browse 400-500 km, which would allow it to compete with the Tesla Model Speer who has an autonomy of 460 km. In this case, the BMW i8 would have no chance against a hybrid R8, moreover, the price difference will be bigger. Audi would be "cheap" for about 50,000 euros!
