The Government Literally Helps Drivers Stuck In Snow

Not often do you see government officials helping "ordinary" people? We are used to seeing them in their offices giving out warnings or making a speech. But it's not the case with the New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.

After New York Governor Andrew Cuomo issued the warning that New York City and Long Island roadways will be closed due to the snowstorm, his office posted a tweet with photos of him helping out stuck drivers on the Cross Island Parkway on Long Island.

The snowfall forecast for New York City was about 20 to 25 inches, making it one of the heaviest snowstorms in New York City's history.

The New York Governor is not the only official supporting everyone during the snowstorm. In Washington D.C. a police officer got his car stuck in the 6th District and got some aid from a D.C. police chief, who was trying to free the officer's vehicle.

Also in Arlington, Virginia, a fire truck has fallen victim to the mighty snow, and it couldn't get out without the help of the National Guard. Be careful everybody!
