The Ferrari F250 has been designed as a entry level Ferrari. To be or not to be?

Ferrari F250 concept is not an official Ferrari concept; nevertheless, it does deserve our attention.
Its author is Idries Omar. The car represents an entry-level, light-weighted Ferrari car, trying to revive the Ferrari Dino model. Ferrari F250 concept is powered by a V6 engine, with a capacity of 2.5 liters, placed in the middle of the car. The engine works on bio-fuel.
In spite of all that, this is still a concept on paper and we haven't heard of any plans to make it real, any time soon.
