The concept Mercedes-Benz G500 4x4² will go to the production line. It costs over 200,000 euro!

Because the world is not getting bored seeing the various versions of reinterpretation of the famous Mercedes-Benz G-Class, the Germans decided to hit the market with a new model 4x4² G500 series.

Its design was presented this spring at the Geneva Motor Show, and now has been announced mass production!

Too few G63 AMG 6 × 6 models were produced! Even if the price of such a monster starts at 456,900 euro, worldwide collectors and the enthusiasts of large SUVs, rushed to lay their hands on them. So soon, Mercedes-Benz had sold all the cars, but the consumers willing to take possession of a G63 AMG 6 × 6 was huge. So, for them, has been created the new Mercedes G500 4 × ⁴².

The official price announced, starts at 226,100 euro in Germany! The G-Class is equipped with an all-wheel-drive system, similar to the G63's 6x6, and comes equipped with a V8 gas engine, 4.0 liter, which develops 422 horsepower and 610 Nm of torque. It sets in motion the huge wheels of 22 inches in diameter, tires shod in 325/55 / R22, and because of the three differential locks, the new G500 4x4² is able to make its way where it's practically not possible.

And if the amount wanted by Mercedes is too high, you can enjoy an upgraded version of the regular G-Class, which provides extra horsepower. So, G350d reached 245 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque, and G63 AMG now comes with 571 horsepower and 760 Nm.

The new models can be ordered at official dealers, since September of 2015.
